This is the classic story of a business owner working in their business and not on the business. Jake has a growing residential cleaning franchise in Salt Lake City. He had to balance hiring cleaners (his staff) and was still handling all customer support.

Strategy

Barbara Cleans did not have a customer support platform in place. Together, we chose Zendesk because of its affordability and ability to handle email and phone support.

Jake was relieved immediately as he could now focus on his business instead of working in his business handling customer support.

Result

By answering more support inquiries, he saw an uptick in revenue. This made Jake extremely happy as this was the unlock he had been looking for in his business.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
